Its purpose is to help all parties involved in a conveyancing matter to access information as soon as it is made available. The aim is to make the conveyancing process much smoother and keep everyone involved in the transaction up-to-date with the latest developments.

The system allows Conveyancing teams to manage their cases using a variety of tools. Create files, add notes or events, manage addresses, create documents, swap messages. Get reminders of important dates, view reports. Conveyancing case tracker is hosted on its own servers which relieves the need for practices to maintain their own equipment, apply software updates and store disks freeing up time for IT department staff.
Messaging system
The message board allows conveyancers to communicate with their clients in a logical and timely fashion. Clients can post message at any time which is suitable to them safe in the knowledge that they will be answered. Messages are stored chronologically and provide a useful record which can be referred to later.
Availability
The aim of the system is to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In practice there may be times where the system experiences short periods of unavoidable downtime due to network or hardware related errors.
